Description
The capacity of adults to function well physically, mentally, socially and adapt to environmental challenges as they age. An individual’s lifestyle choices have a great effect on how well that person will age.
 

Statistical studies show the following:
As of 2007 the 55 years of age and older group comprises 20% of the American population. In fact studies show that in the last 100 years life expectancy has increased by 30 years.  Andora France tops the global longevity chart with its average of 83.5 years.
