AEROBIC EXERCISE

Description
Exercise of long duration and at moderate intensity that conditions the heart and lungs by promoting the circulation of oxygen in the bloodstream. Aerobic literally means “with oxygen”, it is the use of oxygen in the promotion of muscle energy.
